BUSINESS EXPANSION.
Since taking over the Dominion Cafe in Queen Street, Masterton, Mr A. Rebay has effected considerable improvements necessitated by the largo increase of business th'tt has come his way. The culinary department has been practically remodelled, a large double oven range, (with hot water service) and several gas cookers having been put in. This department is under the management of a first-class chef, and the shilling meal provided is excellent in every way. The dining rooms on the first and second floors are capabla of seating 70 persons at a ireal, and the ■ waiting service is all that could be desired. Early breakfasts are provided, as well as late suppers, the charge for which is one shilling. The upstairs rooms are well suited for smoke concerts, private parties, or club socials, and the proprietor has provided a piano for the use of ■ patrons.
