BRITISH POLITICS.
THE NEW MINISTRY. Received April 13, 10.5 p.m. LONDON, Aprill 3. It is officially announced that the Hon. J. Morley, (Secretary for India), and Sir H. Fowler, (Chancellor of the Duchy) have been made viscounts, and will retain their offices. Lord Tweedmouth will become Lord President of the Council, Lord Crewe Colonial Secretary, Mr Lloyd-George Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr R. McKenna Secretary to the Admiralty, Mr Winston Churchill President of the Board of Trade, Mr L. Runciman President of the Board of Education—all members of the Cabinet. Mr Morley informs his constituents that his health compelled him to choose between resigning office or withdrawal from the House of Commons, and he choose the latter, at the instance of his colleagues.
