BOYCOTTING THE JAPANESE. HONGKONG, April 10. Chinese money-changers in Hongkong tre refusing Japanese bank notes, even at a discount. BOYCOTTERS DETERMINED. Received April 12, 4.30 p.m. PEKIN, April 11. The organisers of fhe boycott against the Japanese in China declare that they will not relent their efforts until the Japanese commerce suffers to the extent of sixty millions sterling.
