GENUINE SALE OP DRAPERY AND CLOTHING.
During the past few week.* the Borough Council has carried out improvements to the footway in front of Mr W. Charraan's premises in Queen Street. As a result, however, the premises are now considerably above the l?vel of the footpath, and extensive al'erations have been decided upon to brins> the shop into line with the best in the town. In order to facilitate the work of renovation, Mr Charman has decided to j hold a genuine sweep-out sale of the I whole of his new season's stock of drapery and clothing. An insst circulated with this issue will give a general idea uf the great price reductions made, and the undoubted bargains that will be otainable. It is seldom that such a fine stock of goods is offered at sale prices at the beginning of a season, but the alterations have to be carried out at once, and the stock must be quitted.
