FOOTBALL.
The following will represent Masterton juniors in a match with the Red Stars on Saturday, on the Showgrounds: Hawke, Thomas, Cook, Phillips, Logan, Iggulden, McKenzie, Lett, Millar, Vince, Comuton, McHattie, Parker, Elder, Chamberlain, Kyle. EmergenciesJackson, Hanley, Tanner, Haftka. The following team v\ill represent Masterton seniors against Red Star on Saturday:—Thompson, Darvill, O'Leary, Minett, Winter, Hanley, DanieU, D. Loagn, Bateman, Chapman, Lyall, Brenehley, McKellar, Spackman, Barry. A meeting of the junior members of the Masterton Football Club was held in the Y.M.C.A. Rooms last evening. Mr B. Chapman presided over a large attendance. It was decided to play a match against the Red Star juniors on Saturday next, and against the Southern (Wellington) Club on Easter Saturday. Messrs W. Harding, E. H. Lett and W. A. Cook were elected a selection committee, and W. A. Cook was elected captain. The following new members were elected :—R. Messenger, P. Haftka, A. Currie, N. Fly, T. Rayner, G. Miller, S. Dixon, E. Coyle, A. Boyd, E. Boyd, N. McHattie, N. Chamberlain, L. Compton, L. Kyle, N. Boyd. At a meeting of the comrrittee of the Masterton Club, last evening, T. Hanley, late of Otago, was elected a member of the Club. The resignation of J. Duggan was accepted. It was decided to entertain the Athletic senior team on its visit to Masterton on Easter Saturday.
