NEW ZEALAND BOWLERS.
ARRIVAL IN MELBOURNE. BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received April 6, 4.32 p.m. MELBOURNE, April 6. The New Zealand bowlers have arrived. Thomas, one of the members, is ill, and has been removed to the hospital. The Victorian bowlers welcomed the visitors. The President (Mr Wood) stated that he would like to see the matches for the Australian championship arranged to be played at Melbourne, Sydney, and New Zealand. He intended taking a team to New Zealand in 1909. The New Zealanders are practising to day.
