LABOUR COUNCIL'S ATTITUDE. i SYDNEY, April 4. The Labour Council, at a special meeting, decided to advise the unions to ignore the Industrial Disputes Bill, that no steps be taken to form a wages board, and that they should rely on strikes as the only means of securing fair and reasonable conditions which the council considered Parliament had denied them. ; '
