FARMING AND DAIRYING AREAS. The attention of readers is drawn to the advertisement of Messrs Scholeiield, Gotlsall and Weaver, of Toowoomba, Darling Downs, Queensland, who are at present represented in New Zealand by the principal of the firm, Mr Weaver, who is making a tour of this country in order to place the particulars of grazing and farming areas suitable for purchase and closer settlement before any New Zealanders who may be on the lookout far first-class country at low prices. Mr Weaver, we understand, has several estates to offer in both large and small areas at prices ranging from £2 15s to £4 per acre on long and liberal t'>rins. This gentleman is in a measure also representing the Queensland Government, and can supply the very fullest information regarding Crown areas which are available at wonderfully liberal rates. Mr Weaver will be at the Cltfb Hotel Masterton, on the 3rd instant, and is not only anxious to meet those who may have the time to call upon him, but is also prepared to drive out and interview prospective land buyers by appointment.
