MASSACRE IN ARMENIA.
MANY PEOPLE KILLED, Received March 31, 9 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, March 30. Owing to Armenians attacking a supposed informer, Bashi Bazouks, at Van, indiscriminately assniled people in the streets, and killed thirty-three. An imperial force intervened and stopped the massacre. The Powers urgently insist on punishment of the guilty.
