DUKE OF DEVONSHIRE'S FUNERAL.
A SIMPLE CEREMONY. Received March 30, 9 a.m. LONDON, March 29, The,late Duke of Devonshire was buried with the simplest ceremony. Two retainers watched the coffin in Edensor Church from midnight. The mourners, including representatives of the King and Kaiser, met in the church, and workmen on the estate and gamekeepers assembled in the Cavenclish private burial ground. The Duchess was present in a. bath chair. A memorial service was held in St. Margaret's Church. All the leading politicians were present.
