A DRASTIC BILL. Received March 30, 10.41 p.m. LONDON, March 30. Mr John Burns' Housing of Workers' - and Town Planning Bill was read, a first time i/i the House of Commons. The measure is very drastic in almost aJI respects, and makes the Local Government Board supreme without reference to Parliament.
