REVENGE.
A CONSTABLE SHOT DEAD. IMI-l MURDERER STILL AT LARGE. ' •. V Received March 30, 10.15 a.m. ADELAIDE, March 30. Constable Ring was shot dead at Glenelg by a fisherman named Coleman. Ring arrested Coleman on Saturday for being drunk and disorderly, and the man was fined ss. Coleman evidently regarded his arrest as a grievous insult, and intimated his intention of doing for Ring. He met the constable at midnight on Saturday, and fired point-blank wvth a eun at Ring's breast, killing him instantly. Coleman is still at large.
