SUCCUMBS TO WOUNDS.
LONDON, March 27.
Mr Stevens, the diplomatics adviser to the Korean Government, attacked and wounded by two Koreans in San Francisco because, in an interview, he declared that the Japanese administration in Korea was a blessing, has succumbed to his wounds.
