BT TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received March 26, 8.(55 a.m. LONDON, March 25. the daath is announced of Lady ' Tozer, wife of Sir Horace Tozer, Agent-General for Queensland. Renter reports that M. Lamarre, proprietor of the Tacarigua estates, Trinidad, has succeeded in converting 34 per cent, of megass into paper pulp. He declares it will pay to grow sugar cane for the sake of megass. His mills are producing 15 tons daily. '- The underwriters have allotted 90 psr cent, of the New South Wales loan. Fair business is doing in scrip at from one to three-quarters dis- ' count.
