AUCKLAND, March 26. Mr C. C. Kettle, S.M., in fining a Hungarian named C. Jacksie for selling soft drinks on a Sunday, considered soft drinks a necessity, but said he must administer the law as he found it. Defendant was fined one ' pound, with costs.
