"THE CRUCIFIXION." St. Matthew's Church was well filled last evening, when Stainer's "Crucifixion" was rendered. The beautiful cantata was treated in a masterly manner, the various soloists doing full juptice to the numbers. Messrs F. J. Hunn and W. A. Fendall were particularly successful with the solos allotted to them, Messrs S. Earee and Nixon also being heard to distinct advantage. Mr H. S. Claugtiton, organist of S.
