TARIFF REFORM.
RECIPROCAL TRADING WITH THE COLONIES. Received March 19, 7.58 a.m. LONDON, March 18. The Associated Chambers of Commerce, at a meeting in London, adopted, by 40 to 30, while 31 maintained a neutral attitude, a series of resolutions in favour of tariff reform, dnd regretting that the Colonial Conference had failed to promote reciprocal trading with the colonies. Since the resolutions were not carried by a two-thirds majority, no action will be taken.
