MURDER OF A MISSIONARY.
Received March 17, 10.35 a.m. SYDNEY, March 17. At Thursday Island a police party captured and shot two of the murderers of the missionary, Mr Bee, recently killed at the Aurukum Presbyterian mission station.
Mr Bee was a Samoan missionary, who was relieving the resident missionary, who is on furlough. After spearing Mr Bee, the natives threatened his wife. They left the mission property undamaged..
