REJECTED BY HOUSE OF LORDS.
Received March 13, 7.30 a.m. LONDON,, March 12. Lord Montrose's dine dment in favour of the rejection of the Scottish Small Holding Bill and substituting a resolution against crofterising the whole of Scotland and the establishment of a Land Court to deal with those changes not ei'joying the approval of the agricultural interests affected, was carried by 153 to 33.
