TOTICE is hereby given of the inten_N tion of the Masterton County Council, at a meeting to be held on the 10th day of March next, to confirm the following resolutions, passed by way of Special Order at a special meeting hold on the 14th January, 1908 : (1). Authorising the raising of a loan of .£G,300 under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," and its amendments, for bridge-building and metalling on the Weraiti-Fernyhurst section of the Masterton- East Coast Road. (2). Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on the said loan, Copies of the said resolutions, which are to take effect (1) on confirmation, and (2) on the Gazetting thereof, respectively, are open for inspection at the County Oilice, Chapel Street, Masterton, during office houw.
