PRELATES THREATENED. SERIOUS INCREASE OF CRIME. Received March 6, 8.1 a.m. NEW YORK, March 5. Anarchists threatened Archbishop Farley, Catholic Archbishop of New York, and Cardinal Gibbons, of Baltimore, with death. Owing to the serious increase of crime in all the large cities, the Immigration Commissioner is consulting the police, with a view to cooperation in ridding the United States of alien Anarchists under the deportation law.
