ROBBERS PUT TO FLIGHT. Received March 3, 9.32 p.m. OTTAWA, March 3. Two masked robbers entered the Canadian Bank of Commerce at Winnipeg, and tried to loot it. The Central Board, representing 13,000 license-holders, have decided to open a campaign against the Licensing Bill with a mass meeting at the Queen's Hail on March 10th.
