"VfOTICE is hereby given of tho intenJ_\ tion of the Masterton County Council, at a meeting to be held on tho 10th day of March next, to confirm the following resolutions, passed by way of Special Order at a special meeting held on the 14th January, 1908 : (1), Authorising the raising of a loan of ,£G,300 under "The Local Bodies Loan 3 Act, 1901," and its amendments, for bridge-building and metalling on the Wcraiti-Fernynnrst section of the Mas-terton-East Coast Road. (2). Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on the said loan.

Copies of the said resolutions, which are to take effect (1) on confirmation, and (2) on the Gazetting thereof, respectively, are open for inspection at the County Office, Chapel Street, Masterton, during office hours.
