SCULLING CHAMPIONSHIP.
BY TELKGRAPII - HIKiM ASSOCIATION. WANGANUI, February 21. A number of Australians arrived, yesterday to view the sculling championship vace. They expressed pleasure at the condition of Tressider, who looks remarkably well. Ho did a fast, hard row of 2.1 miles. In the afternoon Webb went for a spin over the full course in good time, rowing the first mile very fast. He was accompanied over the tnilo by Green, who is competing for the amateur championship at Napier. Webb gave him two lengths start and beat him by a like distance.
