CASELBURG,

Mr D. Caselberg, who with Mrs Caselberg. is to leave on an extended visit to the Old Country, was the recipient of a presentation last evening." The managers of the various grocery departments of the Association were i" Masterton, yesterday, and it was considered an opportune time to make the presentation.

Mr W. S. Jago, Secretary of the Association, in a brief eulogistic speech, asked Mr Caselberg to accept on behalf of Mrs Caselberg and himself from the employees of the Association a handsome pair of very powerful Dolland field glasses. Mr Jago said the employees were anxious to show the esteem in which Mr Caselberg was held by them, and they selected a fitting present for a fitting time. Mr Caselberg had always been very highly regarded by the various staffs, and they wished him and Mrs Caselberg a pleasant journey and a safe return. Mr S. Keedwell (manager of the Greytown branch) also asked Mr Caselberg to accept a gold-mount-ed fountain pen from the heads of the grocery departments. Several eulogintic speeches were made, and the employees sang "For he's a jolly good fellow," concluding with hearty cheers for Mr and Mrs Caselberg.

Mr Caselberg gratefully acknowledged the handsome presents, and said that the good feeling expressed by the employees was heartily reciprocated by himself.
