STOCK MARKET.
Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on the disposal sale of Mr William Perry's English Leicester flock, yesterday, as follows: —Prices realised were the highest for any sale of English Leicester sheep ever held in the dominion. Buyers were present from all over New Zealand, the bulk of the sheep being purchased by buyers from Auckland, Waikato, Manawatu and Hawke's Bay districts. Quotations:-- Twoshear ewes, 2gns to llgns; 3-shear and upwards ewes, l|gn to 17gns; 1-shear, ewes. 2gns to 17Jgns; ewe lambs, lgn to 9gns; 3-shear rams, 38gns; 2-shear rams, 33gns to 65gns; shearling rams, to Signs; flock rams. 3gns to 7gns; ram lambs, lgn to llgns.
