BRITISH COLUMBIAN ACT. TO BE DISALLOWED. Received February 16, 4.56 p.m. OTTAWA. February 15. Official advices received here stat2 that the Act passed by the Legislature of British Columbia to restrict Astatic immigration on the lines of the Natal Act will be disallowed.
