NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of the Masterton Borough Council to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act for the purposes of their gas undertaking certain lands situate in the administrative area of the Borough of Masterton and forming part of section one hundred and ten (BISHOPS RESERVE) Block 4, TIFFIN S.D. which said lands arc more particularly described in the schedule hereunder—that a plan showing the said lands together with the names of the owners and occupiers thereof so far as the same is known is upon deposit at the oftices of the said Council Chapel Street Masterton there open to public inspection during usual oilice hours—that the said Council hereby call upon all persons affected or likely to be affected by the taking of the said lands to set forth in writing any well grounded objection or objections to the taking of the said lands for the purposes aforesaid and to send such writing to the Masterton Borough Council within FORTY days of the date hereof and FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that upon receipt of nnv such objection or objections as aforesaid the said Council will appoint a time and place for the consideration thereof of which due notice will be given.
