THE YATES ESTATE.
At 7.30 o'clock, on the evening of Wednesday, February 26th, Mr J. R. Nicol, in conjunction with Mr W. H. Cruickshank, will offer at the Bannister street rooms, 37 residential allotments, forming part of the Yates Estate. The sections have an area of about half-an-acre, and are situated between Renall and Bennington streets. A number of the lots front on Pownall street, while new thoroughfares intersect the remainder. The whole of the sections are overlooking the town, high and dry, and are within easy distance of the main thoroughfares and about equal distances from the Masterton and Kuripuni railway stations. The sections are of sufficient area to make admirable residential sites for business men, more particularly on account of their close proximity to the business centres. The terms of sale are exceptionally easy, being 10 per cent, cash, 10 per cent, in six months, and the balance at 5 \ per cent, for four years. Plans of the estate will be ready for circulation on Monday next, and f-jrther particulars are obtainable from the auctioneer or Mr W. H. Cruickshank.
