A Fatal Accident.

NAPIER, February 10. An accident, which resulted fatally, occurred at Hastings on Saturday. A kerosene stove, which was being used in the house of a family named Mitchell caught fire and was thrown outside. A little. girl named Jemima Mitchell, in running round the house fell over the stove while it was still burning, her clothing, catching fire. She sustained severe injuries, which necessitated her removal to the Napier Hospital, where she died on Sunday night.
