Johannesburg correspondent states that Mr E. U. Jellicoe,formerly of Wellington, New Zealand, who wa3 defending the chief Dinizulu, has arrived at Johannesburg. He has advise;!' the Asiatics to support the constitution but to be prompt in putting forward their grievances.
