MASTERTON SHOW-GROUNDS SITE.
THE PROPOSED CHANGE.
COMMITTEE EXFRESS APPROVAL.
At the meeting of the General Committee of tli2 Masterton A. and P. Association, on Saturday last, an offer from the Sohvay syndicate of an area of the estate for new show grounds was discussed at some length in committee.
Eventually it was decided "to accept the syndicate's offer of 90 acres, subject to the .finances being arranged and the approval of the members of the Association." A committee, consisting of Messrs D. Caselberg, Wm. Cooper, J. B. Moodie, G. C. Summerell, iiugh Morrison, J. D. Cruickshank, D. McGregor, junr., J. Morris, and C. E. Daniell, was appointed to go into the matter and report to a special meeting of the general committee on February 29th.
