STATE OF PARTIES ALTERED. THE PREMIER RETURNED. Received February 7, 10 a.m. BRISBANE, February 7. Further returns somewhat alter the state of parties, which is:— Ministerialists : 25 Opposition 25 Labour 22 The postal vote returned Mr Philp and a Ministerial supporter for Townsville. All the Ministers, with the exception of two. have been returned.
