Received Feruary 5, 9.10 a.m. LONDON, February 4. Mr W. Runciman, Secretary to the Treasury, announced in the House of Commons, that the' Chief Roisuli is bringing the Kaicl Si/ Harry M'Lean to Tangier immediately. (Kaid Sir Harry McLean has been held a captive by Raisuli since July last).
