NOTICE is hereby given that the following rule of the above Asso-. ciation conies into force to-day : "Any customer who changes his butcher without settling his account shall not be supplied by another member of the Association after members have been notified to that effect, until the account has been paid, except such customer pays cash at the time of purchasing the meat." "No member of the Union shall allow any customer more than one month's credit, and unless accounts be paid by the 20th of the following month, such customer's name shall be placed on the black list, and all members of the Union notified to that effect."
