MR BALFOUR SUFFERING FROM INFLUENZA. THE PRIME MINISTER PROGRESSING. Received January 31, 9.30 p.m. LONDON, January 31. An attack of influenza has kept Mr A. J. Balfour in bed for several days. Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman is progressing satisfactorily, but will remain indoors for some days as a precaution.
