WELLINGTON, January 30. By a notice in to-night's Gazette the proclamation of January 10th, 1883, prohibiting the importation of grape vines, grape vine cuttings and grapes is revoked. The appointments of George F. Pearce as Acting-Consul f<r Sweden at Wellington, and of Joseph F. Dyer as Vice-Consul for Greece at Wellington are gazetted. The order forbidding postal correspondence for Mrs Towler (Dunedin) is removed. The forwarding of postal correspondence or the issue of money orders. for Chester Howard, Hobart, Tasmania, is forbidden.
