Weights for all races on second day of meeting will be declared about 8.30 p.m. on the evening of the first day's races. Acceptances for Second day's races close with the secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodviile, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Flat Races.—The winner of any Hat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 10lb) to carry lOlbs penalty, and for every additional race (ill) extra; if handicapped at Bst 1011) or over to carry only half the above penalties. Hurdle Races.—The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry 101b penalty 111 the hurdle races; two or more races 211b penalty.
