A LIBEL ACTION.
HEAVY DAMAGES. Received January 29, 11. i p.m. LONDON, January 29. The newspaper, "Vanity Fair," has been ordered to pay' the Paris Bank £5,000 damages for libellous comments made, and for championing the author of peveral actions against the bank, which the law courts had pronounced to be frivolous and vexatious.
