Sir Gilbert Parker, Conservative Member for Gravesend, intends to move in the House of Commons an amendment to the Address-in-Reply regretting that the Government has not fulfilled its pledge to establish conditions of labour in the New Hebrides in accordance with their avowed policy in the Transvaal and elsewhere.
