NOTICE OF CENSURE TO BE MOVED. LABOUR IN NEW HEBRIDES. Received January 29, 11.18 p.m. LONDON, January 29. Sir Gilbert Parker, Conservative Member for Gravesend, intends to move in the House of Commons an amendment to the Address-in-Reply regretting that the Government has not fulfilled its pledge to establish conditions of labour in the New Hebrides in accordance with their avowed policy in the Transvaal and elsewhere.
