CLEARING SALE. At the homestead of Mr E. Buckridge, Kokotau on» Thursday, February 6th, and on account of Mr R. G. Lee, who has sold his farm, Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., will offer at auction the whole of the comprising 1,644 sheen, 62 head of cattle, fiveTiorses, together with implements and sundries. The whole of the stock have been carefully selected, are in first-class condition, and are a class that will prove a profitable addition to farmers' lots. The auctioneers point out that the stock has been removed to Mr Buck.ridge's yards for convenience cf sale.
