COURT-MARTIAL IN CAMERA. Received January 24, 9 a.m. BERLIN, January 23. The Court-martial of Counts Hohenhau and Lynar, on a charge of scandalous conduct, is proceeding in camera.. (The Court-martial is sitting as the result of charges made against Count von Moltke, Prince Eulenberg, and others by Herr Harden, who was recently sentenced to four months imprisonment for libelling von Moltke.) COUNT LYNAR SENTENCED TO IMPRISONMENT. COUNT HOHENHAU ACQUITTED. Received January 24, 8.45 p.m. BERLIN, January 24. The court-martial sentenced Count Lynar to fifteen months imprisonment and acquitted Count Hohenhau, because his guilt was not proved, not because hh innocence was established.
