NON-SOCIALIST LABOUR PARTY FORMING. "WESTMINSTER GAZETTE" ON POSITION. Received January, 24, 10.5 p.m. * LONDON, January 24. Preliminary steps are being taken to form a non-Socialist Labour Party in Britain. The "Westminster Gazette" declares that the Socialists' academic triumphs are likely to produce a similar catastrophe as overwhelmed Continental Socialism, and probably put Socialist reforms back another generation.
