Mrs Jago, relict of ;a iformer manager of the Dunedin "iEvening SfMv,' died on Thursday might, ;aged At Kaiparoro, on Wednesday .last, Miss H. Olsen, daughter of Mr Olsen, of Rongokokako, was married to Mr A. Reading, of Kaapairoro. The death occurred at Carterton, on Thursday, of Mr Leslie Reid, son of Mr James Reid, of Carterton. The deceased was 21 years of age. Mr F. W. Temple, accompanied,by his son Stanley, left Misterfcon yesterday morning for Sydney, where they will remain for a few weeks. Miss Cora Davie, daughter of .Mr J. Davie, of Rongomai, has passed her Matriculation examination for which she sat at Christcburch in December last. ,:%Mr A. Wilson has resigned his ro'ition as editor of the "New Zea--1 md Timely' owing to private business making it necessary for him to visit England. It is understood that Mr Pierco C. Freeth will succeed Mr Wilson.
