Any winner during the day to incur a penalty of 71b. So far as is possible, the rules of the New Zealand Eaeing Conference will be observed at this meeting, but a book of rules is in course of preparation, and will shortly be issued. Weights will be declared on MONDAY, February 10th. The -Managing Steward will be pleased to give any information to country visitors as to accommodation to be obtained for themselves and ponies. No pony allowed to start whose nomination fee is unpaid. In the case of there being less than live starters for the Miramar Cup, the right is reserved to reduce the value of the stake.
