A Clerical Appointment.
WANGANUI, January 16. The Rev. E. Ward, who has been acting Vicar of Christ church, Wanganui, during the past twelve months, has been appointed to the charge of the parish of Waerangaahika, near Gisborne. Mr Ward succeeds Re.v. Butterfield, who has been appointed Principal of the Waerangaahika College.
