[ ABNORMAL TEMPERATURES. Received January 16, 10.1 a.m. | A heat wave is being experienced in New South Wales and Victoria. The temperature ranges from 102 to 117 degrees. The heat wave affects, the whole State. At Mennidie the thermometer registered 114 degrees, at Wentworth 113, at Deniliquin 111, and at many places well over 100 degrees. MELBOURNE, January 16.
