Weights for all races on second day of meeting will be declared about 8.30 p.m. on the evening of the first day's races. Acceptances for Second day's races close with the secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. PENALTIES. Flat Races.—The winner of any-, flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b) to curry lOlbs penalty, and for every additional race (Uii xtra; if handicapped at Bst 101b or over to carry only half tin; above penalties. Hurdle Races.—The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry 10lb penalty in the hurdle races; two or more races 211b penalty.
