Flat Races.—The winner of any-, flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b) to curry lOlbs penalty, and for every additional race (Uii xtra; if handicapped at Bst 101b or over to carry only half tin; above penalties. Hurdle Races.—The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry 10lb penalty in the hurdle races; two or more races 211b penalty.
