Tourist Arrangement Criticised.
PAI.MERSTON N., .January 15. David Anderson, general manager of the Orient Pacific Mail steamers for Australia, criticising the tourist arrangements to a representative of the"Manawatu Times," yesterday, strongly deprecated doubling back from Rotorua to Frank ton junction, as he had been advised to do by the Tourist Department to reach the Wanganui line instead of coming via Taupo and Taumaranui '[He considered that the Tourist Department should undoubtedly develop the Taupo route.
