NEWCASTLE LABOURERS' STRIKE.
BLOCKAGE OF TRAFFIC. UNION COMPANY'S STEAMER DELAYED. Received January 15, 9..4T a.m. SYDNEY, January 15. Owing to the block of traffic at Newcastle harbour the departure of the Manuka for New Zealand hasybeen delayed until noon to-morrow. The Manuka has been at Newcastle since Friday awaiting coal. Although a suppy is lying alongside the wharf '<af in railway wagons, the steamer was unabls up to last night to secure a loading berth. The company proposed to bring the Manuka back to Sydney to coal, but found there was no coal available.
